Monitor the landscape, identify risks early, build crisis response protocols, and ensure that our public presence is always intentional, accurate, and dignified.
You have 5 or more years of brand management or integrated marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a role that required you to manage or coordinate with an external creative or advertising agency.
You have led content teams before.
You understand the difference between executing a campaign and owning a brand.

You likely come from an agency Account Director or Group Account Manager background, or from a client-side brand team in a fast-moving consumer, fintech, or health company.
You are ambitious, structured, and ready to operate at a level of visibility that most marketing roles do not offer.
You have strong opinions about brand and are not afraid to defend them
You understand that in a regulated, trust-dependent industry like healthcare, one careless post can do serious damage
You are excited by the scale of what we are building across Africa
You want a role where your fingerprints are on everything
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
CIM Level 6 or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
Experience supervising or leading a content or creative team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with brand governance, content management systems, and performance reporting
