Collaborate with the marketing, medical, customer care, and product teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
Capture interviews, events, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Edit and optimize videos for various digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the company website
Manage video equipment and ensure proper maintenance and storage.
Incorporate motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and branding elements where required.
Stay updated on video production trends, storytelling techniques, and social media best practices.
Maintain a content library and organize video assets for future use.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Experience operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Strong understanding of content creation for digital and social media platforms.
Experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
